Ramey's Yard Care is a group of local professionals who have a passion for beautifying landscapes and creating pest free home environments for clients, just like you! The Owner, Scott Ramey, the Operations Manager, Chris Malcolm and each of our twelve dedicated Spray Technicians are fully trained, licensed, experienced and eager to serve you! Since 1998 it has been our privilege and pleasure to help the North Idaho community enjoy their homes and landscapes to the fullest. Whether you want to transform a weak, weedy lawn or landscape into a green, clean and healthy outdoor living environment; or long for the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your home is free of carpenter ants, hobo spiders or wasps, we are your go-to guys! Scott Ramey
President
Scott has been married to Kristy for 34 years and they are the proud parents of three wonderful kids. Together they own and operate Ramey's Yard Care in Hayden Idaho. Scott started mowing lawns back in 1980 before he could drive. He gained a love for designing, building and maintaining beautiful outdoor living spaces. He studied Horticulture at his local junior college and developed a desire to be a constant learner and provider of quality landscape services. In 1998 Scott and Kristy moved their young family to beautiful North Idaho and started from scratch; Ramey's Yard Care. The business focus is on landscape spray and pest control services. Through honest, hard work and a sincere desire to faithfully serve both his clients and his staff members, Scott has seen Ramey's Yard Care grow to employ 16 people and serve about 2,800 clients on an ongoing basis. Scott is grateful to every man or woman who has worn a Ramey's uniform and to every client who has welcomed us onto their property over the last 25 wonderful years!
Chris Malcolm
Operations Manager
Chris is a Husband, a Father, an Armed Services Veteran and a proud North Idaho native who grew up on a Christmas tree farm. Prior to joining Ramey's Yard Care, Chris served as a plant nursery Manager where he learned tree and shrub identification as well as proper planting techniques and care practices. Chris has worked alongside Scott for the past 16 years. Together they developed the landscape spray and pest control programs that benefit our clients. Chris helps many of our new clients find the right solutions to their specific needs and provides training and technical support to our many fine Spray Technicians.
