Our program will ensure that your trees and shrubs will remain healthy and attractive throughout Idaho's four seasons. Through both preventative and curative applications, insect pest populations and fungus problems will be greatly reduced allowing your landscape to thrive.
First Visit - Late Winter, Early Spring
Dormant Oil & Fungicide: To control overwintering insects and insect eggs and to reduce fungal infestation.
Second Visit - Late Spring
Inspect the Landscape: Treat small trees and shrubs as needed with a broad spectrum insecticide to control early season pests such as scale and multiple generation aphids.
Third Visit - Summer
Inspect the Landscape: Treat small trees and shrubs as needed with a broad-spectrum insecticide to control warm season pests such as two spotted mites and Tussok moths.
Fourth Visit - Fall
Inspect the Landscape: Treat small trees and shrubs as needed with a broad-spectrum insecticide to control late season insects and prevent infestation by windblown pests.
Fifth Visit - Fall
Full Fertilization: Encourage vibrant blooms, lush foliage, and overall healthier plants with a Fall fertilization. This liquid fertilizer is applied directly over the root zone around each targeted plant providing them with the full spectrum of macro and micro nutrients they need to thrive.
Merit Insecticide Drench - Once Each Fall
With a single annual Merit application we can protect your medium and large deciduous trees from aphid infestations. This newer technology is applied by way of a soil drench around the base of the tree. It is absorbed by the roots and moves to all parts of the tree including the leaves. This application makes the tree an unacceptable host to aphids thereby eliminating the sticky drip associated with their presence that attracts ants and bees.
