Pest Control Solutions by Ramey's Yard Care offers services in Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Post Falls & The Silver Valley.
We will spray all around the foundation of the building as well as around all door frames, 1st floor window frames and eaves, around decks, vents and any other insect access points. This will create an invisible, odorless residual barrier that is harmless to people and pets but repels insects and spiders. They can detect it and don't want to cross it. If they do enter the sprayed areas they die a short time later. These applications will also reduce the number of wasp nests that will be built on your home. Any existing wasp nests will be sought out, neutralized and knocked down.
Quarterly perimeter spray maintenance applications will be made 2 to 2-1/2 months apart omitting late November, December and January.
When we begin a pest control maintenance program for a new property we strongly recommend an initial full interior and exterior clean out in order to achieve control of spiders, insects and egg sacks already in the building.
A clean out includes the following:
A clean out is a one-time job that creates a pest free interior environment and allows the future quarterly exterior maintenance applications to be reliable and effective.
Whether you live in Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden or The Silver Valley structural pest control is important. When temperatures cool down pests look for warmth, making your home a likely target. This can even happen during North Idaho's cool late fall or early spring days.
No Bugs, No Buzz, No Bites, No Joke!
Effective Mosquito Control Is A Reality!
Our program consists of preventative action and curative applications that will dramatically reduce mosquito population around your home, lake cabin or vacation property. As part of our first visit we will briefly inspect your property in order to identify and then eliminate any conditions that are conducive to the breeding of mosquitoes.
We will make monthly spray application (May, June, July and August for North Idaho) to the foliage and turf around the property targeting mosquitoes where they land to rest, preen their wings and feed on plant liquids. In addition to mosquitoes, the tick population will also be reduced as a result of these spray applications.
